It's not often a shoe comes along that I would classify as a "panty dropper." But these boots are different, apparently. And I gotta say, I just don't get it. I mean, they're nice boots. Joseph Abboud made some excellent design decisions with the lace-up closures, the eyelet vamps, the stacked heel.
But for some reason when I even bring up the whole "brogue" thing, the ladies swoon. They mutter something about Sean Connery and then squeal, fan themselves and eventually just pass out. I've never seen any Sean Connery movies, but I guess the man has great taste in shoes.
