• Upper material: Birko-Flor - a synthetic material made of acrylic and polyamide felt fibers that is comfortable and tear resistant. This material has a synthetic leather-like finish with felt lined backing. Birkibuc - a synthetic material made of acrylic and polyamide felt fibers that is comfortable and tear-resistant. This material offers a textured finish that looks and feels like velvety nubuck. Nubuck - the natural grain of leather is buffed, giving it a soft, velvet finish with a fine nap. The above mentioned materials can be wiped clean with mild soap and water. Oiled Leather - thick yet supple leather is breathable, durable and comfortable. Softens with wear. Suede - thick and durable leather with a soft napped finish. Smooth Leather - thick yet supple leather that is breathable, durable and comfortable.
• Footbed: The classic Birkenstock footbed - features pronounced arch support, a deep heel cup, and a roomy toe box. The footbed conforms to the shape of your foot.
• Sole material: EVA - flexible, lightweight, durable and shock absorbing. Or EVA and Soft footbed - a foam layer is inserted between the cork layer and the suede liner of the classic Birkenstock footbed. This layer features an extremely high degree of rebound capacity which permits long-lasting cushioning.
